At HAVOK ARMORY, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✔ In the same condition that you received it
✔ Unworn or unused
✔ With all original tags attached
✔ In its original packaging
✔ Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
How to Start a Return

📦 If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item.
🚨 Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Fees
- We will provide a return shipping label for all returns.
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, return shipping is free.
- For all other returns, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
🔍 Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
💳 Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
Exchanges
🔄 The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order for the replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
🚫 The following cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personal care products (e.g., hygiene or beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
